Decorating has begun

I am fascinated with little houses. My hubby bought me a set by Cody Foster and my friend Rhea of Sweet -n-shabby-roses made me some and now there is a snowy village on my mantle. I asked my hubby if it was too crowded and he said " No, it makes me happy" so it's staying. I guess they go with my obsession for bottle brush trees, especially the pastel ones. But, I better stop collecting, I have a mantle full and that's all a girl needs , right?

Never! You've got to be kidding! You can NEVER have enough bottle brush trees & glittery houses, Karen!! But hey, if you get tired of them, please know that I would love to give them a good home! Tee Hee

I love your pretty mantle ~ can't wait to see more of your decorations.

Big Hugs,
Stephanie

As Stephanie said on her blog - we will all be drooling. Hang on a minute I just have to wipe away the drool. They are all so pretty.

Karen your mantel has such a warm welcoming vintage feel no wonder it makes your family feel happy. Everything fits together so well it's impossible to tell which are vintage and which are new.
