Pink Saturday

Welcome to Pink Saturday hosted by Beverly .
Please visit her blog for a complete list of all the participants.
This is a sweet vintage hat hanging on my hat stand in my entry way. It really is 2 large roses and some black netting with a comb to hold it on. But I guess that is all you really need....2 large , gorgeous roses!! Simple and elegant.

I found this tray at an auction. It is huge and lovely.  I have it hanging on the wall in my dinner room secured by removable velcro hangers by 3M ( I think that is the brand). I have hung several trays with it and it is wonderful, causing no damage to the tray.

Thanks for visiting and have a great weekend!

Pink Saturday

Welcome to Pink Saturday hosted by Beverly.
Please stop by her blog to see the lovely participants. Well, warm weather has returned to my little spot of the world and that means Monday Flea Markets and Friday auctions. It is a guilty pleasure starting off the week with something fun when I feel like I should be doing chores. Here are two of my latest finds....the pink ones. A sweet retro patio set with carrier and pink flowered glasses. Behind that is a gorgeous hat box with the prettiest rose paper.  Both of these pretties are in my ebay store. Thanks for looking.

Still lost in feltland!

I am STILL playing with felted wool sweaters and the designs of this designer.
Anyone who is celebrating anything in my family is getting something made from felted wool sweaters until I run out! The colors and textures are so much fun. I am keeping the economy going buying up all the sweaters.  I think some pillows are in my future too. Cashmere on a pillow....it doesn't get much better than that!

This stack of squares cut from felted wool sweaters is going to be a baby blanket for my new great nephew. I looked for argyle, stripes, and tweeds for this project. I think it will be really cute for a sweet new baby boy.
