Pink Saturday

Welcome to another Pink Saturday, hosted by Beverly.  Please visit her blog to see a complete list of all participants.
This is one of my favorite things. Karen made it and I bought it from her on Ebay years ago. There are so many pretty things to look at and it combines my favorite things, shells, vintage ornaments and jewelry. It should hang on a white cupboard but I am not allowed to paint the oak in my house, many of you with similar hubbies know how that goes! Trying to keep the peace! Have a great weekend!

The detail on the wreath is exquisite! What a great find.

Of course, you must NEVER paint wood, just ask my husband! LoL!

How lovely! Your blog is always such a pleasure to visit on Pink Saturday! Today it's sunny but most of this summer has been pretty gloomy in my corner of the world. Pink Saturday always gives me a little lift, especially if there isn't any sun outside!

Rest assured, everyone who has painted their cupboards white will be trying to get the paint off in a few years!

Have a wonderful weekend filled with sunshine surrounded by your l♥ved ones! Life is good!

Happy Pink Saturday! Your wreath is lovely. I know what you mean about hubs and their obsession about not painting wood. My friend had a similar problem. But she got around it. She told him, he has the garages and his den, and now he can convert the walk out basement to a man cave. He can decorate his own spaces any way he wants, provided she has free reign on the rest of the house. She won. Now she has lovely white cabinets and trim!

Enjoy your weekend!

It is lovely - what is it with men and wood? I finally talked my husband into letting me paint some tables! Happy PInk Saturday!

The shells are gorgeous! And the splashes of pink color from those ornaments makes it even more beautiful! You may be able to paint it but at least with that wreath of yours. the oak will look much more softer :-)

Happy Pink Weekend!

I love that wreath! I might have to add some christmas balls to my shell wreath!

I know how that goes with men and wood! It's obvious that a man doesn't live in my home with all the white painted furniture! Someone in blogland called stained wood "man wood" and I think that was a perfect name for it! I don't know what it is about men and wood but they like it all brown! haha!

That's amazing that you were in SF this week too!
